All I need is access to the building - which has worked fine with a card at other places. This app just convolutes the process 10-fold. Took forever to get a code and constantly having to get my access re-added every few weeks (and other staff reporting the same), get spam push notifications, and thats before any privacy concerns of having an app recording your building entry. What would happen if I had no charge and needed to get into the building in an emergency. Need physical cards back ASAP.

I have used it twice to preorder coffee and each time, the people with me, who ordered on arriving at the cafe, received their orders well before me. The second time, after waiting for 10 minutes, it seems, in spite of receiving the confirmation messages, that the cafe never received the order. Rather defeats the purpose of ordering in advance. Will probably uninstall.

Couldn't register in the app because despite it correctly detecting my building, apparently the business I work at doesn't exist in the building. With no option to continue or contact support, it's 100% useless. Uninstalled straight away!
