My intention was to pay import duty tax online without going outside as your flyer attached with notification promoted, but lastly application said I need to make self verification at Post Office although I uploaded ID card, all personal info and current photo. Such an non-practical and hazardous app. กะว่าสมัครมาจ่ายค่าภาษีศุลกากรจะได้ไม่ต้องไปรับเอง แต่จะจ่ายเงินต้องไปยืนยันตัวตนที่ไปรษณีย์อยู่ดี ผิดใบโฆษณาที่แนบมากับใบแจ้งเลยค่ะ ไม่practical และไม่user friendlyเลย หวังว่าจะปรับปรุงนะคะ

I've tried to register many times but cannot complete. Even to register is difficult, how about to use it😅. ลงทะเบียนยากมากค่ะ รับotpได้ ถ่ายรูปบัตรได้ ตอนถ่ายรูปกลับบอกว่าบัตรประชนไม่ผ่านหรือบางทีก็บอกว่าข้อมูลผิดพลาด ให้ย้อนกลับไปทำรายการใหม่ ทำซ้ำๆ มากกว่า 5 รอบ ยอมแพ้ค่ะ

ไทยแลนด์ 0.4 คนไทยยังลงทะเบียนไม่ได้เลยครับ แอพเยี่ยมมาก ถ้าให้ 0 ดาวได้ให้ไปแล้ว Would give 0 stars if possible for an app that doesn't function. Can't even register despite being a Thai citizen, even after being forced to take and send a picture of my ID card via the app, welcome to Thailand 0.4! P.S.
