Downloaded this to activate my new insurance today. App constantly crashes or loses its session forcing you to log in with multi factor authentication every time. I think it's actually slower than making a phone call and dealing with a human being. I will find out in a few seconds. Right after I delete this app.

Horrible app. No ability to use any biometric login. Back button closes app and then requires a login again even though you exited for only a second or two. Always requires 2 factor authentication even if you've logged in less than a second earlier.

No Biometric for login means just to open the app I need to do MFA every time. Does not allow the use of the back button within the app, which also means you exit without warning, and then, of course, you need to log in to MFA AGAIN. This is what you get when the company cares more about money than user experience, and since there is no alternative on a phone for this, why should Centivo care how it works. Update: It still doesn't work, worse yet. In an email, they said they don't even offer it.

The app contains little to no information, directs you to the member website for further help whereupon you are directed to use the app for further help. When attempting to use either to search for a physician or facility, rather than a list of options it simply states that you can use anyone! Not true AND not helpful!

The app is okay but the company is horrible. I dealt with health insurance companies for 30 years and this is the worst experience I have ever had. My colleagues have had similar bad experiences. Be prepared to spend hours on the phone trying to resolve claims. Better yet, get another heath insurance provider.

Great user interface and no bugs. Can't say enough good things about the overall customer experience and coverage in general with Centivo either!

The app is easy to use. I can quickly see my claims and know if they are for me or my dependent. The activity page also quickly shows me how close me and my family are to our max out of pocket.
