This was my favorite charge station app but over the past year the navigation/route recommandations have become horrible. It often suggests out of the way routes and stations. Today it recommended a 50 km detour to a slow charger instead of staying on the highway. The saved settings seem to never actually be saved. The saved routes don't actually save anything since they just reroute the destination and not the saved stations. I use the app to find stations. I manually make my desired route.

Forces a user account for routes. Edit: You're right. However you can either be more clear upfront that the core feature is locked, or lock other features like saving routes for accounts. The way it is implemented now feels like getting rug pulled, which is one of the worst usability sins. I have adapted my rating.

Very useful app. However the location doesn't update correctly, and so when I use it while traveling, it shows my location from an hour ago, and as a result I can't search easily for a station near my current location.

Useful but not completely. Great for finding chargers and knowing availability and price. However the trip planner is useless. Suggests wierd routes and worst of all doesnt choose the cheapest chargers.

Poor. Cannot route Hamburg to Malaga. "Error 002 No route found. This happens if there are not enough compatible charging points for your vehicle on the route or if your vehicle does not have sufficient range." My range is 300km and up. All other apps can route.

What a bad app, enter 'jaca' a city is Spain, responses arr for cities in Brazil and Guatemala? I am located in Italy, search engine should give closest name first. Especially that it is not possible to drive from Italy to America! Devs fix that quick. It is not necessary to have to add the country! Sera h by default is for continent you are in.

One of my first experience shows a huge price difference between chargemap. 0.67 euro vs. 045 directly via CPO espots HR telecom. One or the other makes a huge profit. Such difference degrades chargemap to last resort backup use. Hence where possible use local CPO app.
