Frankly, I want to give negative three stars. This is the worst app I've ever used! I spent at least over three hours trying to get things done in the app but I ended up not getting anything done! I tried to get into the personal service center to manage account. Both the app and it's linked website showed the content for less than one second and then asked me to log in again. That happened over and over again! Update: this app finally worked after midnight!

This app is completely useless for foreigners. I talked with Chunghwa Telecom staff and you need a Taiwanese ID to pay on the app. It's 2021! the government has already forced us to change our IDs to accommodate Taiwan's outdated websites and systems, this is ridiculous, we should be able to enter our ARC or passport number into the app without having to go in person to pay. Please make this app accessible for ALL people in Taiwan. 確認證件的時候為什麼外籍人不能輸入居留證？沒辦法繳網路費

even though there's not an English version, it is very convenient after the staff explain you how to do something. I've used this app to buy the roaming service during my trip and it has been awesome

I received a message after having no internet all day on Christmas day that told me to use the app to check the status of the problem but there's no English version and I guess I can't even log in with an APRC? Maybe splurging for a translator would be nice?

Keeps forgetting your account, even though it still asks for biometrics. Can't really do much in the app, faster to call support or visit a store. Chinese only.

No English language.. Remember that not only Taiwanese or Chinese your customers so please update your apps to have an option to select language for easy-to-use.
