This app is very limited and to actually be able to find a doctor and find what Maryland Physicians Care offers you have to go through your browser, such as Google chrome, and go to the website itself. Customer service on the phone was friendly; however, they can't really help when the app doesn't have answers and the website creates more confusion. Highly recommend that Maryland Physicians Care invest in the technology they require and ask us to use when finding a physician.

I've used this app several times and have always had a good experience. Unsure why some ppl said they don't prescribe meds, know for a fact they definitely do! This is an URGENT CARE app so if looking for meds requiring regular refills and monitoring than no they are not the answer... Just as you would find at a brick and mortar UC. It's definitely VERY QUICK AND EASY to speak with a Dr. Obviously if it is something requiring physical care than will suggest ER visit. Also will give Dr note

Only the best doctors EVER. I only use them by phone. It is so much easier than Teledoc. They are immediately available to request a virtual visit by chatting with operator. A doctor calls shortly afterward. I've been able to get a 1 month refill for asthma, and meds for sinus infection. THANK YOU!!!

Useful if you need to talk to a doctor for generic advice worthless for anything else. They do not make referrals they do not prescribe medicine. And they give you advice when you're a Medicaid patient to spend your own money going to things like doc in box . Further they seem to be terrified prescribing antibiotics . Waist of my time . Useful if you have a question about something medical but worthless past

Every time I've talked to someone, they refer me to the local emergency center. The last person I spoke with, Drew S. mine as well have called me a drug addict. The complaint was about sleep, possibly chronic insomnia or something neurological. I was asking how to get a certificate of medical necessity (upon further research I found you get it from a primary care physician).. and Drew S. informed me I cannot get prescription marijuana or prescriptions such as Ambian from this app.
