I download it, wont open. Deleted it and re-downloaded, still won't open. I just deleted it and guess I will call 311 instead. Update, I let the city know it wasn't working, they got right back to me stating it was known issue they were working on, issue was resolved and they let me know. I will now change 1 star to 4 stars because I haven't really used it yet but atleast it works now.

everytime I try to "create a request" the app closes. I've used it before with no issues, but now it's screwed and won't let me do it.

It doesn't work unfortunately so I don't know how 100 words would help maybe just the android version is affected but it just can't get it to send out the info I'm after for garbage day.
