Pros: I really like the app. I like that I can see nearby service requests from others in the area, and even create one if needed. Cons: The app keeps crashing when using it. When you click on recent service requests and go through a couple it will crash and close. You then have to reopen the app and start over, but it will crash again shortly after. I using a Google pixel 6 with the latest update.

The app doesn't work. I tried to submit a request but I'm unable to attach photos and unable to submit. Also the address/location search map only displays shadows of structures so it's really useless to use to pinpoint a location. In using Android version 14 on a Pixel 6a.

I extremely extremely extremely disappointed in your app it's not user friendly at all and extremely hard to navigate when needing to pay bill there is zero way to go straight forward on paying bill something about creating a invoice which I don't know what your app is referring to

Crashes every time you try to view maps or upload photos or use the search for address function. It's essentially unusable. Great idea for Roseville but this app just doesn't work at all.

Nice in concept, still needs work. Several features are broken. Map is very difficult to use and it will not allow me to attach photos or videos on my device.

Have downloaded this app a number of times, finally gave up. It either never opens, and locks up the device. or opens up and then promptly crashes. Needs some work.

I didn't submit any service requests or post comments (I did that on the web version), but I didn't have any issues running the app and navigating to my service requests.
