Depending on the country you are travelling to, the options for classes will vary. Almost none in Japan or South korea. Ok in France and very good in Thailand. The most annoying part of the app is that you have to rate each single class you have been to. Having this screen popping up for rating is becoming more and more invasive to me especially when you are going to the same class every day, 2 or 3 months in a row.

Very bad experience. Despite a subscription where my credits expires every month, there system is bugged and I could not use my credits for the class I wanted . When asking the support they told me their developpers would solve the issue and that I would be able to book the class I wanted. I had to stay with them for an hour, without success despite their previous guarantees. I'm extremely dissatisfied by the app and the support.

ClassPass works great in principle but the app and customer support are a mess. I've been unable to update my billing details because of some technical glitch. For a week I couldn't use any credits and they're threatening to take them away. Customer support has shown no urgency trying to fix this. Signing up to a gym would be less of a headache honestly.

Really bad experience. They show available class for booking to push you to register. Register process is full of technical issues, I spent almost one hour getting my account created with the help of their customer service because it wouldn't work. The referral link didn't give me any point. The registration offer originally free, became payable at the time of validating the account. And once you pay, the class isn't available for booking!!! Super scammy. Do not recommend at all. Waste of time.

The app needs work. Every time I open the app it asks for a review of the class I attended. If I hit the "x" to get out, it'll show up the next time I start the app. People just rate 5 to get the window out of the way, causing all the ratings to skew extremely high. The iPhone version doesn't even have an x to let you get out of the review window. Reviews should always be optional.

Everytime you open the app you have to review your last class, which takes at least 3 clicks. If you attend a class while traveling those studios will appear at the top of your feed for, seemingly, eternity. My favorite studios that I visit 99% of the time never appear on the first page of my feed. Getting notified about a wait-list spot also takes several clicks and scrolling. If you use the website instead of the app, you are bombarded with ads to download the app. Just really inefficient.

This app is a scam. I wanted to cancel my plan but decided to continue after being promised 20 free credits in my next cycle but didn't get them. I contacted customer service and they mentioned that the deal was confirmed for my account and I just needed to wait 7 to 14 business days after 28th October to receive it. I still don't have the points. They keep asking for screenshots, but the chat does not have this feature. Then they asked me to email them but then said they don't have an email.

Very ridiculous app. Was trying out their trail. When they cancelled it due to system flagging that i had use it before when i have not. The only reason i can think of is when my friend login her account using my phone to show me the app. Tried contacting help support and they totally just repeat themselves with standard answer and close my live chat. Very bad suport and a piece of advise, bever use your phone to login to someone else acc, if you want to try out the trail.
