I used to play shop heroes many years ago, came back and see how this was doing and found this more updated game. Enjoying the added elements to it, but I am missing some information because I got frustrated with how extensive the tutorials are and ended up skipping some. And the one guy with the feather in his hat talks too much. It's just superfluous nonsense I don't read. This coming from an avid reader and someone who enjoys stories. edit: during last update all my progress was wiped.

This game is an absolute train wreck. I can't fathom why they shuttered the previous version of this game which was excellently designed and implemented, only to replace it with this garbage. It's like they got rid of the best features of the original and kept all the faults. The UI is an atrocious mess, the art and style is degraded, and the game mechanics are frustrating. Sadly, I'm uninstalling this. Wish the old game was still available.

Not the game from our youth. I don't understand how developers can take a perfectly good game and turn it into a braindead mess over and over again. This is far from the only example. But at least they didn't put a giant bulging finger pointing to EVERYTHING ALL THE TIME. Oh wait, yes they did. But two stars because at least it worked after failing to launch three times.

Nice but not stable. Last 2 weeks it was 2 time period of 2 days when I can not login: failed to acquire remote config. And support not replying. No compensation after recovering. Update: AWS server outage? Do you want to say want you didn't pay enough for availability zones? ;) Update: after every "download of missing resources" enemies become stronger, new bugs appearing. :)

So you decided to wipe the old game, money that ppl spent, years of progress, and now ppl have to start from 0 because u had a new idea ? At least keep the old game running... Lame move anyway, i do not recommend getting this "new" game, it might last another 2-3 years before they decide to delete everything again...

Did not care for all the hand holding. If you're going to put that much of a long #&@ tutorial at least break it up my God. I couldn't even get through the tutorial it was so annoying.

This feels a lot like the game I played on Kongregate, problem is that it's competitor seems more appealing. If Shop titan didn't exist I would have given it 5/5. The 3 differences. 1.You can't easily tell what you have in your inventory, while in titan I can. 2.All icons and buttons are bigger, which is perfect for people with fat fingers like me. 3. 150 thousands gold to extend your store, or is it for the workshop, then how do I extend the store? Directions unclear!

First week of playing: Two, multi-day server outages. Disqualifies my account for the time limited welcome event. No reset available. The compensation provided to every single player, including those paying for **MULTIPLE** monthly subscriptions was the same: An XP bonus, and resource multiplier for a few days. Note, fewer days than the game was unavailable for. Email sign-up and sign-in *also* down on a SEPARATE occasion. Cannot recommend.
