Absolutely the worst application ever. If it doesn't fail to connect with the spinning wheel it is agonizingly slow or the writing is garbled. I've tried clearing cache, rebooting my phone and uninstalling an reinstalling the app only to find everyone at my gym is having the same problems. Unfortunately if you belong to an ACAC owned gym, you are required to use it.

Terrible app. It has been years and this app still doesn't work. If you accidentally rotate ur screen it kicks u out and u have to start over again. Which isn't cool when u are getting ready to show the card to the front desk. I can't unfavorite classes. It's constantly going down. But I must use the stupid thing to register for group classes

The app is poorly implemented. It does not save your gym location so every single time you click on anything it resets. As a result it's nearly impossible to browse and locate classes, programs,etc. Additionally there is a lack of information regarding the club itself. When is the warm water pool open for family swim ornwhat are other schedules? Maybe it's available, but the app is so poorly designed I can't find it.

The app is not good. Some classes you cannot even sign up, because despite clicking the signup button, an error message generates stating the class status is not open yet. Also, when booking swim lanes, if you try to change the reservation it will error out stating you can only have one reservation per day??? Frustrating!

The app is often SO slow loading and many times buffers and never loads. Super annoying when you rely on it as your passkey to get it and when trying to schedule classes. PLEASE FIX!!

its HORRIBLE. it doesn't hold your preferred settings; won't even show me my location; does not give 72hour access and it takes NINE TAPS to make a simple swim lane reservation - then it gives a "club error" and you don't get your reservation and must call in anyway.

All the bad reviews are true. My computer recommends to put it in a deep sleep or remove because of frequent crashes. Very frustrating ACAC u can do better.

App will not accept my password and when you hit forgot password, the link takes you right back to the login page. I can go to the internet and go on ACAC website and put in my user name and password and it logs me in. THE APP DOES NOT WORK!!
