This is a good app to check the schedules but there is a lot of information missing, like what exactly is the close-up stage? And the biggest problem is that there is an icon to add performances to a calendar so I spent a lot of time adding performances to my calendar but then there's no way to review the calendar! It's a useless, broken feature that would be super helpful if it worked.

I could not access my tickets and was advised to re-download the app. Now, I can't even get passed the first page of terms. I have tried at least a dozen times over the past few days. No access to app, no access to lineups, no access to tickets and no help to get it fixed. I have had the app for 7 years and this is the first year that problems have started.

Can't even get the first page to completely show when you open the app. I would give no stars if possible. This is where we are supposed to get the tickets we purchased. Need a fix! Update, I emailed support. They suggested making font smaller. So far it seems like it fixed it

For the games it forces you to put your number in to verify. But the verification text takes about 15 minutes to come through. Ive attempted to get this to work for an hour on two different devices and have received over 20 codes that wont work because i attempted to get the thing to resend. Overall awful experience. Made me so frusterated that it made watching the show impossible

This app doesn't work on my Samsung Galaxy. It asks me to activate Bluetooth, then I do and then it crashes. We are way too close to this music festival for something like this to not be working. Don't waste your time downloading it.

I can't get past the first page either. I've reinstalled 3 times and confirmed all accesses are allowed. Update: Still doesn't work. Have now tried 7 times. Worthless.

App was working fine prior but now when I try to open it it has a picture of Nashville and it says to connect to BlueTooth which I've tried but it doesn't work so now can't use the app!!! Help!!
