Welcome to myHealthButton – a free app offered by the State of Michigan, Department of Health and Human Services in connection with our partner CNSI. The app will provide coverage information for Michigan Medicaid, Children’s Special Health Care Services (CSHCS) and MIChild instantly and safely. You can get reminders, notifications, and search for doctors near you. If you are a currently enrolled Medicaid member, you can log in and view your benefits. If you are a guardian, you can view your dependent’s information as well!Features:

The app is difficult to use, MDHHS makes it INCREDIBLY difficult to change account information, and they're nearly impossible to contact. If you ever move to a new town outside of your previous plan's range, don't expect to have health insurance without first balancing on an elephant's trunk while juggling fire. Actually, that would be even easier than navigating the state of Michigan's Healthcare system.

This is the most stupid app I've ever used. It doesn't even work properly. How are we supposed to access our information or fill out assessments when it doesn't even allow you to? It keeps logging out when I select the search button, it doesn't allow me to scroll the page when I have to click submit or answer a question and it the bottom of the screen is blocking it. I'm better off just going on my insurance plan's website. This app sucks

This app has greatly improved compared to the last time I used it. I appreciate the MCIR and the my Health Wallet section features. The MCIR shows your updated vaccination record while my health wallet keeps a copy of your permanent Mihealth Card. Some of the menus take a while to load and some don't have any data yet. Low data speed may affect performance of the app. You simply login wth your MiLogin account or create one if you haven't done so already.

DOESN'T WORK! Cannot even login because it immediately says I have no WiFi connection when I DO. Tried turning off WiFi and using data and it STILL claims there is no server/connection. The website to request access to My Health Portal doesn't work either! I just want to find a good plan and in network doctors but none of it works.

There are few things more frustrating than an app that promises convenience and efficiency but instead delivers disappointment and dysfunction. My Health Button is a technological travesty that epitomizes everything wrong with poorly executed digital solutions. It is a downright disgrace that hard-earned taxpayer dollars were squandered on a project that not only fails to meet basic expectations but also leaves citizens feeling utterly let down. Michigan residents deserve better.

Registration error pop up & health portal application process is a neverending cycle. Tried multiple times & closed browser. Unable to access myhealthbutton app. Used login I use for other services. This could've been useful if the UI wasn't so complicated.

Hey sooo, the my portal website says I can view my mihealth card on here (since I was never sent one) as well as the description for this app and yet, every set of instructions I find to do so don't work because this app looks nothing like the pictures. The "app" is just the website copy-pasted. I have no idea if this is just because of the phone I use or something but even if it is its ridiculous that several government sites would tell me I can view my card when I cant. 0/5 until this is fixed

I have to change my password and pin no. everytime I try to enter,I accadentlly signed out , tried my nes pin no. it said I had the wrong pin and would have to get a new one.this is a repeated action everytime I try the site. Also my health records are not up to date.It's like I don't have anything recorded It is useless to me. Janet Cook
