Layanannya enggak maksimal. Info Bocor Pipa lamban dikerjakan. Air luber ke mana². Mubadzir. Info keluhan air tdk ngalir juga lamban Sangat merugikan pelanggan, Apalagi yg juga punya usaha di rumah. Telpon ke Kantor... Jawabannya enggak professional. Saling lempar. Berharap semuanya bisa bekerja dg hati. Krn kerja itu ibadah. Hubungannya enggak hanya ke pelanggan... Tp juga ke Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala.

Jujurly ini aplikasi gk bisa buat apa2, emang gk di update dr kpn tahun apa bagaimana yaa?? Mau cek tagihan or laporan pengaduan pun gk bisa di apa2in, air sering mati, kalau nyalapun cm itir2, pdhl bayar gk prnh telat juga😏.

App nya bagus dan memudahkan cek tagihan, tapi lebih baik kalo bisa bayar online juga. Di Shopee sudah ada nama PDAM Bantul, sayangnya selalu take down kalo mau cek tagihannya... Semoga makin bagus ya ke depan

lumayan memudahkan untuk melihat tagihan.. namun akan lebih bagus jika sudah pernah memasukan no rekening air maka ada historinya di kolom untuk.memasukanya . sebab saat ini masih setiap mau melihat harus mengetikan ulang terus. terimakasih.
