FRAUD. Beware. Purchased a lifetime subscription but have been unable to activate it when I switched phones. Emailed support and got a worthless auto-reply telling me to hit the Restore button -- which does not work. No reply to follow up emails, which included proof of purchase. Look at the reviews. Other subscribers are reporting this same fraud.

Buyer beware. I purchased the full version and I really liked Pixelup until I changed phones. When I downloaded Pixelup again it wouldn't allow me to have the full version unless I paid for it again. Although I showed Codeway, the creator of this app, my purchase date on Google Play, they still wouldn't honor the fact that I had purchased a full version. They only replied to me once and did not help. I cannot recommend this app only due to the lack of support and not quality of the app.

The app works well besides contorting faces when you zoom in. However, the main concern is the subscription. I paid for the pro features to not have ads, unlimited edits, and the removal of the pixleup logo. However, after purchasing the subscription, the pro benefits did not apply to my account,and the only feedback I received was an apology and statement that pixleup can not make changes to my subscription. Well , paid for the subscriptions and none of the features have been applied.

So far I hate the free version. Long ads for every single motion. Cant save, has watermark even on trial. W Doesnt store it. Expensive app. Well see. Will re-review if it gets better. Im paying, but trying to switch to a monthly vs 4.99 a week. No help from support. Dtill not sure Ill stick with it for the cost...but it does seem to work. BUT as a paying customer now, WHO ALREADY REVIEWED. I DO NOT need a pop up asking for a review w/ Every single action either! Annoying waste of time.

I bought a lifetime subscription a while back. I just purchased a new device, and I am unable to restore my previous subscription. I emailed them about it, and I got an auto email basically saying I just needed to press the restore button. The problem is restore seems to be deactivated in the app on purpose. Do not get a lifetime subscription! App works fine aside from that. Update: I email support, and aside from an automated response, I haven't heard from them. Reported them to Google.

After a couple of months using the app, one of the animated features I liked is glitching, causing the image to warp and twist the face of the photo person into some weird big eyed person. I'm getting about fed up with it and am seriously thinking of uninstalling the app. ****Edit Update**** The app was recently updated, and the issue is worse than ever. None of the animation stencils work, the eyes on all of them are googly, and the faces contort and twist very, very badly.

It does a REALLY great job repairing photos. It will ONLY do it by sending the photo to it's servers for processing and there is NO apparent method to DELETE your photos from their server. They are retained even if you delete the photo from your phone. Waaaay too creepy for me. Otherwise I would have snapped this up for $29.

This is pretty cool, tried the trial. Definitely needs more options to be worth that kinda cost. Remains great for using with ads, and I'll keep doing that. I'd say it needs an option to brighten and darken images and some options regarding the colorizing, as several times I used that, it went to sepia rather than any realistic color.
