Easy to use app with English language available (except for promotion campains). The best option for me is possibility to buy cashless. You can get drink tickets for purchases via the app or linked IC card. The connection with vending machines is sometimes unstable, and it is somewhat inconvenient to buy several drinks, as you need to reconnect to the machine. But overall a solid app.

Issue on COKE ON PASS Subscription. The app is great but the new Coke ON PASS subscription feels like a scam. I have been to at least 30 coke vending machines in Tokyo Dome area, Jimbocho, Itabashi and Hanzomon and none of them accepts COKE ON PASS. It has been 3 days since I have subscribed and I have not availed of anything I paid for which is very very frustrating. Coke offered this subscription which initially felt like a good deal but they are just stealing money.

Needs English in the Japan version. And now since last update it does not work at all. Showing error in Japanese (translated): For Android version application (4.3.0)】 If this screen is displayed continuously, update your app (4.3.0) to the latest version to use it normally. * If the problem persists, delete the application once and try reinstalling. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we appreciate your understanding. If I uninstall I'll lose all my points and Olympics entries???

Mostly good. But sometimes takes a while to connect properly and when it does it seems to say "connecting" forever. Sometimes I go ahead and make the purchase cause I don't have time to wait - this results in usually missed stamps (which is why I was using it in the first place!). Rather annoying. Please fix the connection issues or make them more reliable. The English available is also hit and miss meaning I can't always understand what the offer actually is.

Easy to use, English available on app interface. Only some ads were in Japanese but that's alright. Downside were only one purchase at a time. When I want to make multiple purchase, it took me minutes to finish. Improving connectivity between smartphone and vending machine will do great. OVERALL GOOD USER EXPERIENCE.

Unbelievable hard to use. I don't mind to do 1 registration, but in the end is 3 registration. I don't want to associate with my JP bank account, I just want to add balance but in the end they want to know all your private information. Other point horrible is I can't change everything to English even though I can't read Japanese. Absolutely nightmare

This app will give you stamps for achieving walking goals and from various campaigns, for which you can use to get free drinks from vending machines. It takes a while to gain the stamps, but a free drink every now and then is better than nothing. It also has a nice campaign now with PayPay, you can get 100yen back on purchases for a limited time.
