Whenever you would try to watch an important game or a game of high demand live, the app would crash more often than not. Or, sometimes, it wouldn't simply finish loading. And no, it's not an internet connectivity issue, because other internet-based apps/sites were running fine while rabbithole wouldn't finish loading a game of high importance. Very annoyed seeing this happening again and again.

Everything is fine except their morbid obsession with login. I have half yearly subscription which means I have TV also enabled. Now since the TV is logged in but switched off at my home, I cannot watch my favorite football on my tab on the go. This is very peculiar. Other apps allow multiple device if they are not simultaneously live. I think the app promoters should correct this immediately. This is disconcerting as this amounts to denial of service to a valid customer.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent issue I have encountered while attempting to watch a live English Premier League match on your platform. Despite having an active subscription, I was unable to access the live stream. I have already verified my subscription status and ensured that my device meets the minimum system requirements.

Worthless App and Service. The worst app I have ever installed in my phone. But I am helpless. They are charging premium price, and still the streaming hangs every now and then. There is no difference between HD and SD, HD never looks like HD. Since you are charging a good subscription fee, you must ensure interruption free service, seamless streaming service.

It's baffling to believe you're a subscription based service yet there's no #Aspect_Ratio fixer button & I have to watch stretched video on fullscreen. Fix the problem ASAP! EDIT 1: No, I won't. I just described the problem in details here. It's your job to collect, acknowledge & solve the problem. This is me contacting the customer support. Stop being stupid & solve it. EDIT 2: Making the whole app Fullscreen by hiding the notification bar isn't a solution of this problem. Just uninstalled.

I took their 6-month subscription, and they don't show all the matches, and very often, you can't even watch the matches. The screen goes black and doesn't show the matches extremely frustrating. It often happens when you take 1 day subscription. No customer service reply also.

Very poor service. Live broadcast of matches cannot be enjoyed because of continuous lagging/buffering!!! Mobile app is supposed to be very handy and useful for live telecasts while on the go.
