Doesn't really offer any advantage that you can't get from the website. To download tickets you need to scan the tickets that are already on your phone so you can't scan them unless you bring them up on another device.

Utterly useless, non-functioning app! Don't even waste your time downloading. Have attempted this on various platforms to no avail. Just print the tickets the old-fashioned way and let the venue know how awful this app is.

Just downloaded app as I am going to purchase annual passes for Drayton Manor and the just says error occurred retry, I've retried 4 times and still not working.

What's the point? I downloaded the app to get a map of WMSP. Used an email address that I needed to verify. Verify email just sends me back to downloading the app. Can't do anything with it - uninstalling as a complete waste of time.

Like others I found links in their emails don't work. However, scanning the QR code on my ticket added everything to the app including event timetables, restaurant menus etc. Useful once you're able to add your ticket information!

Hands down the worst app I've ever used. As a software developer myself I would hang my head in shame if I worked for the company that made this. Terrible user experience, full of bugs and buttons that don't work. I thought those apps that you download to pay for parking were bad but they are a masterclass compared to this.

Useless. Asks for email to verify login, sends you an email with a link to install the app that you have already installed! If they can't get a basic login script working i doubt anything else will work.
