My core points are consistently not matching any of my steps/activities. I have everything connected, no issue on that side. But it fixes on a number of points at the start of the day, and no matter how much I do, it doesn't increase. I had 10k+ steps yesterday, it did not increase from 6 points. It feels very unfair to be putting in the work and not having it be reflected because of some system issue. I also just got a new watch, and my steps are not syncing AT ALL.

Terrible app. While the idea is good... The app is terribly done. It hangs, it doesn't not work, it s clancky and offers a terrible guest experience.. The worst part is the support. They don't care and never reply. Do not waste your time.

App has a good misson and was working well for the past 3 weeks, then all of a sudden today its has not been working at all as i got 10k+ steps and got 0 core points, added an activity log and still no core points and i cannot even click book an activity or watch an on demand video

The UI is quite complicated, a d it doesn't automatically update from Google fit. I didn't have any equipment synced. But with Google fit. It didn't work.

This is by fat the worst app I have ever used thr idle is nice but they put nk effort the points never count and the heart rate min is brocken it is the slowest app I have ever used it is slow it never keeps up the point even the steps.

Points have stopped updating. It syncs the number of steps correctly from Health Connect, but doesn't update the points. On the calendar it shows 0 points.

The app is very slow and takes about 2 hours just to refresh, and the required amount of sleep is recommended for 8 hours, not 7, as well as the amount of water needed to drink not recommended
