This app always messes up. It doesn't allow me to choose more than one service. When I click add extra service it just erases the first service and replaces it with the second service.

This review is for the app. I installed it to be able to make an appointment for a haircut. It's useless. The location doesn't have online booking capability, but it did facilitate an easy call to the salon. However, when I called my local salon, I was told that they do not book appointments, only have walk-in wait list. Why have an app if it doesn't even work for it's stated purpose. The rewards program is not valuable enough to justify having the app cluttering up my phone!

This app is horrible. You cant book a stylist easily. When you call the store, you are directed again to the app. The stylists are good and are very nice if you can get a booking after fighting the app for few days back to back!!

If your going to have an app have ALL the features added. Now because you don't have color jobs added I have to cancel my appointment. Thanks a lot for not mentioning that if you want to have color done you have to call in. Real fabulous job there devs. Fix it or I uninstall and stop using. Note this opinion is for the App alone. The actual Salon has wonderful service.

The app didn't let me check in or provide the ability to earn my rewards for a recent visit. I've had to email the address listed in the app to find out how I can get my rewards points. There's not much you can do with the app. I will most likely uninstall.

Fastest way to schedule a haircut. One thing the app needs to improve upon is being able to designate one location as your preferred or home location. So annoying to have to choose the same location each time.

App has no clue what's actually on the stylists books. It's very frustrating. Cost Cutter's needs to fix it because right now it's not worth it, way easier to just call & schedule an appt.

Decent experience but the rewards part can be improved. I can easily book an appointment but the rewards don't always show. 3 weeks ago I booked an appointment through the app and my points never updated. I sent an email with no response. Also, when I check my points, at times it shows zero when I should have 25.
