Severely need to fix the connectivity of the app. Often takes 5 cycles of closing and opening the app to get it to connect. Kinda the key feature, there, cradlewise. But hey at least we have picture in picture now so that we can open our phones to a smaller screen that won't connect too! Edit 9/3/24: I'm adding a star and a half as the connectivity issues did improve some since this review was written.

Overall happy with how the crib functions and I believe our baby (and parents) is benefiting from more sleep. However, the App does have connection issues about 30% of time. Spotify streaming doesn't work at all. Usually pretty good at letting us know when baby is awake though sometimes there is a short delay, but nothing major in my experience. Before most recent firmware update (4/25/24) gestures and after sleep audio worked. Now those have stopped and the recommendations to fix didn't work

Update: they did an update and now the white noise is insanely loud, even on the quietest setting. This was our favorite feature as it was a soft white noise before that would calm our baby back to sleep. Please change it back! This doesn't accurately track when the baby is in and out of the bed. Without reliable smart features, this is basically an overpriced basic crib.

Not ready for prime time. Little to no instructions included on how to use the features, auto mode just seemed to make my son more cranky, no real guidance on how to customize. Low resolution, baby monitor not even 1080p, considering the crib is about 2000$ it disappointing they would choose such a subpar video camera. Poor connectivity, each time you switch out of the app the video disconnects and you have to kill the app and reload to get it back.

This is by far one of the absolute worst apps I've ever used. The app frequently disconnects from the crib. When you try to subtle reconnect to the crib while your child is sleeping, the status light flashes for a long time while it's connecting, waking your child up. The camera doesn't even show the whole crib. If your child sleeps with their head at a certain spot, you can't see their head. The "smart" thermometer is overheated by the other electronic in the housing unit so it's ALWAYS wrong

Highly recommend-great for parents & baby! Has given us couple more hours sleep every night. Add it up for 2 years - very little cost per hour of sleep. Algorithms (5 stars) are great at detecting when baby starts stirring and rocks baby to sleep. Hardware (5 stars) sturdy and great-looking. Baby monitor very useful. Installation easy. App (4.5 stars) is good but occasionally annoying (e.g., logs me out sometimes). They seem to be continually improving it by fixing issues & adding new features.

Internet was right once again. Forums and reddit full of messages explainig the issue. They just dont care. Dev team decided to route the dual way audio through the phone. Like you are in a call (and need access to the phone call service. so. Once you open the app, the phone will think that you are on a call. So you can't make calls or control the volume of music during android Auto or anything. Devs stopped replying reviews. They just dont care. This feels like an iOS code port.

Super useful product! The crib has given me so much peace of mind as I can keep watching my baby sleep when I get other work done. The app lets the user to control the bounce and the sound without entering the room. So the baby is not disturbed at all until he wakes up. The app does need some improvement. But the team is highly responsive to feedback and they fix the reported issues almost immediately! Even over the period of a few weeks, the app has significantly improved.
