This is a great app, and I would rate it higher, but I am only giving 3 stars because of a recent change requiring all corporate riders to select Comfort vehicles. While the upgrade to Comfort (although at cost) is appreciated, sometimes Comfort vehicles are not available, and one could gladly use Basic or Economy to avoid long waits for Comfort options. The change was not recommended by my corporate provider, caught us all by surprise.

Little is made up of two components: the app, and the service. For the app, it's quite innovative, especially with some nifty features like transferring money from one's wallet to another user's wallet. Brilliant! For the service, here it needs work. The pricing is unbelievable! I used it yesterday for the first time, and I don't think I will use it again any time soon. The quoted price range at booking compared to the final price on arrival CAN and WILL shock you. Uninstalled.

I like Little Cab and I feel safer using your services. While your drivers continue to be courteous, I've experienced some significant anxiety due to the app's performance. There've been instances I've put guests in your cab then the app goes off-grid or shows the cab as stationary for extended periods, prompting me to consider using the SOS feature out of concern for safety. At times, I find myself making repeated calls to the driver to confirm their whereabouts, which, makes me feel insecure

Yes, decided to give Little a chance (with the Bolt fiascos ) had a good time until the app started pestering me about location access. Can't do anything with that prompt blocking everything. Well I only want to share my location when I'm ready for a ride, the rest of the time I might just be checking routes and costs, previous trips or invoices. So I guess I'll be unistalling until that is resolved.

It's a fantastic application and Excellent execution! One issue I'm having is that when I zoom in on the map after calling the driver, it keeps zooming out and annoying me. Please resolve this problem; it will allow us to determine and estimate the exact location of the driver. In addition, I want to be able to easily navigate through the map to see where I am. If I zoom in on the map, it will stay that way until I zoom out... To zoom in and out of the map, use the + and - signs. Thanks.

The map needs some work and also the App doesnt let you add your favorite places. I'm also facing problems with the receipts and trips not showing in app, as I'm a daily user I need my receipts daily which little fails to deliver. Otherwise it is a good app, needs to add an option of the driver coming to pick has ac or not in the car and also the cars needs to be checked thoroughly if they are road fit as I have sat in cars that are always making mechanical noises and are very dirty from inside.

Most confusing app. Whatever is shown on the billing side of the customer at the end of the trip is different every time from the driver's side. The driver is always showing a bill with a higher difference of 200 Bob and above even when they are clearly dropping you off on a road & not inside a parking area/building. The app should notify the customer on the actual bill at the end of their trip as Uber does and provide an itemized receipt for every trip for ease of reference for the customer.

Why is this app always struggling? The app is always hanging; your locations are always off and mix up pick up points and drop off; your estimates may as well be a guess and the user experience on your app is generally horrible. Now the End Trip Code never refreshes! You have to sit there with the driver for 10 - 30 mins as the app updates trip yet the charge is still increasing during these minutes. This is theft in one word.
