Crashes often, and seems to display incorrect settings before pulling the current settings, sometimes. Missing features (e.g. bass and surround effects) compared to the Windows app which I had to uninstall since it causes a terrible crackling with Windows short notifications. I used to be a fan of creative, my 1995 setup was amazing; crashing and crackling on a creative product is unacceptable. What happened?

This app is awful. doesn't work on 3 different phones. Earbuds pair fine with phone but app constantly crashes, won't connect to earbuds and has actually caused my phone to restart a couple times after it crashes itself. Earbuds are only ok if you can't change the settings or update the firmware. Tried reinstalling, clearing data and cache. Nothing seems to work

Really struggles to connect to the new Aurvana Ace 2 TWE. Got it connected once thankfully, which allowed me to do a firmware update. Won't connect again, often gets stuck trying to connect and won't back out. I have to then force close the app and start over. I am not able to adjust EQ or button settings without the app working. I've tried Uninstaller the app, clearing the cache and resetting the earbuds, nothing works.

This app disconnects from my SXFI Carrier a few seconds after entering the settings nearly every time. Usually after four or five times of being kicked out it'll let me stay connected long enough to actually view and change a setting, but it's immensely frustrating. Thankfully(?) there aren't many settings to change, so once I got everything configured how I wanted I should never have to use the app again.

Finally able to connect with my device (G3) ..... Wooo! Why the heck do you guys default the device volume to 0% , when ur unable to connect to the device, your device mutes itself and your locked out from any volume control?!?. Originally the other app available used to work but suddenly now doesn't anymore, I tried this one and success.... Wish you guys made this less of a hassle for the functionality with the app.!

App connectes with the GC7 but one big problem is that when create an EQ and save it to a Sound Mode Profile, it doesn't work and switches it to one of the default EQs. I can change it back to the EQ I wanted to have but I don't want to open up the app every time I switch EQs with the physical button. This is a problem with I make changes with the app either on PC or the phone version. Hopefully they fix this as I have used the X3 and it's associated app with no problems.

App works fine for me never had problems except for when it changes it like for the creative ace instead of ace 2. I just wanted to say if you are using Google pixel phone the apps sucks with that . If you are using iPhone same too. Those phones aren't compatible with this an it's just a waste of money. This is what I've gathered from several others. But like I said my vivo phone works fine with the app

It is RIDICULOUS that this app requires location data to use Bluetooth features. There is absolutely no valid technical need for this; it could only be poor software engineering or (more likely) marketing big data folks forcing the software team to impose such a restriction. I didn't buy a new set of earbuds so Creative can track where I am when I adjust their settings. After you fix the above, it would be super handy to mute calls using the earbud buttons instead of unlocking my phone
