I'm a huge nature-lover, and believe that many of our health problems come from living out-of-synch with nature. This app is perfect for me. It tells me when the sun is up, so that I can rise with this sun, making the best use of our naturally-occurring light. It reminds me to leave my work-desk and get some sunlight, as well as to stretch my legs a little. I'm a workaholic and can get too deep into my work, then realize after 3 hours that I haven't really moved at all. Not good for my health. This app also reminds me to quit eating and thus brush my teeth a few hours before I go to bed. This has helped my stomach problems. I never thought about the late-night snacking doing damage to my GI tract. If you are experiencing problems opening this app, make sure that Google Play Store is enabled. I keep it disabled. I keep the auto-location off, but entered my location by hand. That works fine in the app. There are some good articles in there for you to peruse that give you insight into how nature affects our health. Customer service in this team are fantastic!

I have been using the app for about 6 months and it has been great. It doesn't seem that the app for daylight savings time. Now my sunrise, uva rise and nightfall are all off an hour. It's frustrating because now the timers are not correct and I have to keep track of it myself.

I love this app. It has been ever so helpful and informative since I started the circadian journey in the fall. I really appreciate the bite-sized bits of information as well as the longer reads. The product recommendations have also been very helpful. Love the bird sound for the notifications, too!

Fantastic app! Knowing when UVA and UVB starts and ends is my favorite to help with hormone optimization since I get caught up in the day when at work. Also, tech support was super quick to respond with an issue. Great experience all around.

the app won't let me enter my location and it can't detect my location and it has permission, so unfortunately I can't even get to try the app. I've un-installed and re installed hasn't helped.

It never works correctly from day one. I do not want this app because it is not functioning correctly. I want to cancel. To be honest, I want my money back but can find a way to cancel. I DO NOT WANT THIS APP TO AUTOMATICALLY CHARGE ME. Not a fan of this app.

The app has been great overall (I'm using the free version), and it's very handy for checking sunrise and sunset times. However, since the recent updates, I haven't been receiving push notifications even though they are enabled. I hope this issue can be resolved soon, as it's quite inconvenient.

The app has great educational content and health articles. The notifications and alarms are also helpful. I travel full time so I have to update when I go to a new time zone manually. Otherwise, the notifications are off. Great app for helping get into a better flow with your circadian rhythms and education on the whys behind it.
