this app is the BEST THING ever... The exercises are easy to follow and has been monumental to my recovery... I started out by being frustrated but came to the realization that it is ABSOLUTELY necessary to stay true to the process.. THANKS TEAM, I'll be back on the golf course in noooo time

Edit: emailed them about the issue and they promptly updated with a fix! Crashes when viewing previous weeks exercises. I set up the app and set up the program, but I wasnt ready to follow it. Now I am, but it thinks I'm on day 14. When I view today's exercises, it's fine, but if I go back to day one or any previous day, when I open any exercise to view the details / procedure it just crashes.

amazing app. So happy that Dr. Smith uses this app. The exercises are easily explained with video and written directions. A lot of great information tailored to your specific surgery.

Terrible Customer Service When registering got an error, but apparently my account was still created. Tried to register again, but got error say email in use. Emailed customer support who responded timely and provided link to app to sign in. Upon signing was told need code from SMS message which I never received. Have emailed 2 times over 3 days and had zero response. Can't start my PT because can't get access.

I cannot get this app to work. I have called and left messages with your medical assistant to tell him I have not been able to do the exercises cuz I don't know what they are because I can't get into the app. My physical therapist tried to get into the app and he couldn't do it either. I have been having physical therapy for balance. I was just discharged last week.

Unethical and super sketchy. There's no indication of when you're billed, or when you WILL be billed, while you're using the app. Just got a $95.00 bill in the mail because I opened this app several months after I had completed my PT schedule. Anything that involves billing should be transparent and obnoxiously "opt-in". If your doc tells you to install this app, I'd recommend asking them to print out your exercises instead so you can avoid these crooks.

This app has the answers to most of the questions I had hoped to ask my doctor. Since I can't reach the doctor, I was thrilled to discover the app. Some of the recommendations in the app conflict with what the doctor provided on paper, but for the most part they agree and the app adds much needed detail.

This app has made rehabilitation suggestions that far exceed my current recovery progress. In my opinion it's an unacceptable substitute for individualized care. Some of the suggestions like completely eliminating crutches, when my surgeon advised to start some weight bearing activity just 1 day prior, are potentially dangerous.
