It's impossible to change my subscription or to cancel. The app is to glitch and won't take me to the necessary pages. I like how your reply still didn't give me anyway to contact you to cancel. I'm uninstalling this stupid app. Not worth paying for I'm so sick of this app breaking regularly. 🚫 done paying for this. * Edit: I had to uninstall and reinstall to make it work the first time. It's back to doing that again. I shouldn't have to do that multiple times to make an app work.... Initial review: The app won't open fully anymore. It just stays loading and I can't do anything in the app.

App doesn't let me login. It says invalid username/password but I'm able to login on my computer with the same credentials. Guess I'll stick to using my computer even though the app would be more convenient

Not great. Videos buffered and could not play videos.

Doesn't work. I log in with the correct login credentials and it continues to say it's wrong. I'm done. I'll cancel my subscription and move on to something better.

The workout data on the machine doesn't match the info when I enter my workout in the app (the calories burned never match and usually off by alot)

Will not let me sign in. Gives the error code saying my login info isnt right. Logs in just fine online. Not very promising start for a new customer....
