I like the game play. When I watch the ads for the rewards or the restarts it fails to give me my reward or help in the level. Would love to give it more stars. I feel cheated for my time when I watch ads and don't get what I expect. Deleted it. Too many forced ads. No rewards when watch ads. Big drain on my phone battery. Just not worth even spending money on.

@CSCMobi Studios, I was I believe at the very last level of Las Vegas, Level 65, but to be honest, I uninstalled the game after several attempts to selecting the "speedy" hotel clerk option, by watching ads, and I still couldn't get through it, it is just too difficult, to the point that it seems that you couldn't get through the level. Thank you for your response though.

Some of the greediest game design I've seen in a while. On top of the usual bs (way too many ads, unbalanced difficulty forcing you to watch ads or pay for boosters), when you buy an upgrade with your game coins, you have to wait 15-60+ minutes for the upgrade to take effect. Of course, you could always speed up that timer by watching even more ads or using diamonds (which may be purchased with real money). Waste of time and money. Do not install.

I really love this game! There are no bugs and is always working properly! I previously complained about the hanging plants in the Amazon Prides level, but now that I have figured out the strategy, it is fun! The directions at the beginning of the level make it sound like the table on the bottom floor rejuvenates the plant, but it's actually the sprinkler on the third floor. Keep up the good work! I hope more new levels are coming soon!

Great game unless you don't want to watch a lot of ads. But if you don't watch a lot of ads (plus the ones they make you watch) you can't do upgrades. If you can't do upgrades the game itself will not let you move forward on a level. I would not miss a single person, nor let it get lower than green and I would still not meet the criteria to advance to the next level. Very frustrating.

Don't bother. It's a fun game. Forced ads are skip-able. However, even with the first hotel fully upgraded, it quickly gets to a point where it's literally impossible to pass levels without watching ads for more customers. No matter how perfectly you do it. Uninstalling.

I've been waiting for a long time (about a month) for more hotels to be uploaded to continue the game. I've completed (8) hotels, just been awaiting new hotels. Not sure if I should give up, but don't want to loose my points or gems. Uninstalling the app seems like the way to go, or wait alittle longer. It's very frustrating...

Definitely addictive, great graffics, but not so difficult that you can't pass the levels. Lots of ADS, but if you watch them it's to your advantage because they give you diamonds. The diamonds, you can then trade for boosts, extra time, or extra guests. Overall, my favorite of this "type" of game so far.
