it doesn't tell you all the things you miss before you clock out then it will tell you things are needed to e completed after client signs then things pop up that weren't there prior to family members signature. it has too many repetitive tabs. Basically it just stinks.

Unfortunately, I am forced by my company to use this app! For more than a month every single time it asks for a verification code. I have to log in which is multiple times in a 12 hour shift because it automatically logs you out every 15 min! This doesn't keep secure medical information more secure because if someone gets access because they stole my phone they will get the security code sent via text to said phone! I was told it does this randomly but it has been over 1 month! FIX NOW!!!!

The clunkiest, most awkward charting ever! My company just switched to this app and I'm literally stopped picking up shifts at a job I love because I hate this charting so much! So much triple charting and time wasting click through. You literally have to chart 2 complete notes if you work night shift! Awful-awful-awful

this app is the worst. It logs out automatically and will not let you back in. I been on with IT supporting 4 different occasions. I would never recommend this app

Consistent technical issues, always calling into support, no notification of when app needs updating, constant uninstall and reinstall in middle of documentation with causing interuption in care to client due to constant playing with my phone, not fair to clients, and NOT fair for employees to use persnal devices just to document, employers should provide inhoome ipad as was previously used with alayacre.

Just down right terrible, it's redundant, repetitive, you don't want to give leave way for clock in and out, but here is the thing, that's just virtually impossible in the nursing field, we are taking care of humans, not computers, we will have the late clock out at times, clients can't sign immediately, or there is a last minute event, can't see our own nursing notes or the last shifts notes? we can't make a late entry? How can we give proper care when we can't do this, this needs fixed

This is a new app that we are to download for our jobs. From what I see, your ratings are very very low + your comments are very low on your services. Hopefully it'll get better because right now I'm a little scared to even download this and keep using it

This is one of the worst documentation systems I have ever used. It is not therapist friendly. The way it is organized means that my documentation time has tripled since my agency switched to this system. It has too many tabs and too much clicking back and forth to accomplish anything. The app is not very time friendly. I can no longer do my notes in the field, something I was always able to do before. The single worst feature of this system is the schedule which has to be done BEFORE a visit.
