Your app keeps malfunctioning when being run through my Roku Smart TV. I was trying to watch one of the episodes of Grimm. The app itself kept closing. And when I tried to continue watching the episode, I kept getting the error message, that it couldn't be played. I like the selection of shows and movies it has, but such is a moot point if the app itself doesn't work right. And now movies being shown as available, wind closing the app when you select these. Fix these issues, please.

I am currently not a happy camper! Whereas, once I was ecstatic. I have had the CW app on my phone for years. Even the short lived CW Seed. I have recently added to my tablet and now trying to add to laptop. Only to discover that it won't play on any device due to (Player Source Error).Troubleshooting gets me nowhere. I have changed nothing in the working parameters. So, whatever the bugs and fixes you made has knocked me off from watching the shows I care about and can't watch when they air.

The app needs to be improved so you can minimize it and your show will still run. Instead you have to search for it and you're running tasks. Also, I use Android and on an app like Paramount Plus, I can feel my whole screen just by pinching outward instead of having the stupid black border around the show. Please consider including this in your next release

Only reason I downloaded this was because of NXT. Frequent ads and their placement is ridiculous. (Have your ads where you have the commercials on the tv broadcast. Don't cut to an ad during a promo or backstage segment. It's irritating.) It'll still take more than 2 hours to watch 1 hour and 26 min. of wrestling. Also, where are all the old episodes of NXT? I know it's early but they're not on Peacock anymore. Can't expect too much from a free app, I guess.

This app is terrible. It doesn't remember what episode I'm on and throws me back 5 to 10 episodes on my "continue" tab. My option is to let every episode start, fast forward to the end, watch an ad or two, and repeat until I get to the episode I was on. This most recent time, it threw me back by 2 SEASONS!! app deleted.

App updated (ver 4.21.1). Unable to play any episodes, receive error message "Ad stream initialization failed because http status code". Followed by a very long hash string / code. Phone: Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. I'm able to play episodes under the channel section. But unable to play episodes under Home / Featured / any episodes I choose fails. Please fix / update the app. I enjoy using the CW app.

10/24/15 This app crashes, then crashes again. Only thing that seems to work are all the ads. 11/16/24 can not watch any shows selected. Does not on any of my smart TV's, phone, tablets or computer. Get the same "Something went wrong" error message on all media players, since the 10/02, update. I have restarted, rebooted, uninstalled, cleared the cache, etc. 11/19/24- oops, apparently my eero6 was the issue, need to run internet modem without the ad blocking turned on, works perfectly now,.

Ads are outrageous. If you minimize the app on your phone to answer a text message, then immediately go back, you have to watch all the ads for the entire episode. The timer will say 1 minute left, but will give you 6 of the exact same commercial! It also never recognized what I had watched to list on my 'continue' page. Not competitive with other options.
