Terrible! Most of this time this app won't accept debit/credit cards. And won't let you cancel your plan or change anything in your plan, this app basically provides nothing. Anything you want to do you literally have to go to the website and if you ask them (on WhatsApp) how to troubleshoot anything in the app, they just send you to the website. This app literally has no purpose except to take up space in your phone and will fill your phone full of advertising. Garbage.

Yet another mobile phone app, written for one language only, in a country which has numerous English speaking customers. To use the app to top up a mobile phone, one has to use a translator to understand the technical issues. In this day and age, it seems short sighted to not offer Spanish, English and probably Portuguese to cover the Americas. Also the credit / debit options are tied to only Panamanian banks, is it not possible with Visa or MasterCard to allow foreign to pay with their cards.

This app allows you to make payments, but offers no other services whatsoever (such as providing account/usage information or making changes/cancellations to one's account). On top of this, I spent several days attempting to cancel my WiFi service and was finally given a written assurance that they were processing my request. When, however, I later attempted to return my equipment, I was told that they wouldn't accept it because no such request existed in their system. Avoid these crooks.

Terrible app. Requires a code sent through SMS but I never received it despite requesting it multiple times, even though Im in an area with great phone reception. Nothing on the internet helps. When I look for help about this phone service all I get is answers for different service providers. Might just change to one of those.

I've given it one star cause I can't go lower. The app is useless since you can't receive SMS after putting in the SIM card and before putting credit on the phone WITH THE APP! Tried calling the company a million times or using WhatsApp to contact them. Customer service is a ZERO!

Can't login today, but my account is perfect, I can see everything from the flowid web site. Something is broken after latest update. After that I tried to access the app from an iphone and it doesn't even open now. Please fix this!
