I liked using it for the first month or so, but I had issues with the app logging me out. If I'm not logged in, I won't get the reminders to track my mood. After logging back in, I still don't get those reminders which defeats the purpose of the app for me. The settings for those reminders is set to on, but it's not working. This app has some serious bugs that make it unhelpful in the long term. Also emotions are shown on a graph using colors. It is not colorblind friendly

The app has good info and is definitely useful for finding out what activities make you more or less stressed. I think the app would be much more useful when you use the option to link your data to a psychologist at the school. I asked support if it would be possible to link my data to a provider not associated with the school, but they never got back with me (its been 2 weeks).

The weekly screening is very useful, as is the heat map of mood check-ins across time of day. Two major drawbacks for me: (1) it doesn't save the custom entries for mood, place, activities, and people; (2) it isn't possible to select multiple activities or people. This makes it more difficult to track patterns accurately. I'm starting to shop for another tracking tool.

Its pretty decent, does its job when it works. The main annoyance I face is the constant logging back in and having to change my password again because it kicked me off of the app and makes me log back in. Happens maybe once a month and sometimes it just gets to the point where I ignore and forget about the app because it kicked me off and was tempted to uninstall if I wasnt told to install it by my counsellor.

Still having trouble logging in with my password. Have reset and updated it twice now and it's not being recognized. When I use the temp password to get it, it won't allow me to go to my profile info - just keeps jumping to the mood checker. This is similar to the issue I was having a year ago. I stopped using the app in Oct 2021 and have just started using it again.

Unable to use the app. The login page asks for an email address "to login or create your new account" but never actually lets me log in. It repeatedly tries to create a new account. Entering my email sends me directly to the new account setup form despite being able to sign in on their website. I'll revisit this rating as soon as I can after this issue is fixed and the app becomes usable.

I enjoy using this app to track my moods but it kicks me out randomly and every time I try to log back in, it says that my password is incorrect even though I know it is not. So the only way to get back into the app is to reset my password which is very annoying, because I know that the password I am using is right. It has been doing this ever since I download the app. If I could find another app that was similar I would change to that one just because this password issue is so frustrating.

It would be great if I could actually use the app. Everytime I put in my full name, password and email, then click the "I understand..." box, once I try to open the account it keeps saying "Oops you need to fill in every field" or something really close to that. All the fields are filled in! Ugh.
