GE RFS is one of Davisware’s robust mobile apps for service technicians working in the field.Designed to work with only the 22.04 version of GlobalEdge, this version includes integrations with select third party facility management companies which eliminates duplicate entry by the technician. This app includes RFS+ functionality which allows the technician’s locations to be monitored by their office staff, resulting in more efficient and productive routing of calls. Notifications to site customers provides visibility when the technician is en route to their establishment.

Great app ! Just don't like how sometimes it kicks you out like when I ask a customer for a signature and all of a sudden it kicks me out I have to say oh nevermind I have to restart the app and it takes 5 minutes for the master data to load. It can be a inconvenience when you are in a rush. Other than that it helps really conveniently.

I use it everyday, all day at work. It literally crashes about once every hour and takes about 5 minutes to boot back up. Its very slow and freezes constantly when you are trying to transition between jobs. Dispatch absolutely hates it and so do the techs.

I've been dealing with this junk for about 2 years now. 1980's technology. Terrible app, it's not even worth mentioning all the issues, there's not enough characters to list them all. Finally, my company realized how much it was costing us in time and money trying to make it work. We're going with Service Titan.
