Update 4/2/2025: the last update managed to make the app worse. I am strongly considering just going back to paper. Now, if your screen times out (because you're waiting for the blood pressure cuff) or you switch apps (say, to check your blood sugar,) the app forgets everything you've put in so far. Still has a terrible UI. would actually give it negative stars if I could

Many problems but gets the job done. Can't see the words when using the messaging a pop up box is over the words so I can't see if I've misspelled anything. Often times like right now I can't log in days login failed I assume an issue on their end. And overall very slow app for some reason loads and runs at 10 percent of the speed as well my other apps on my phone.

This is a great App. What would be great is if there was a way to help with ordering supplies. I'm smart, but that is super confusing at times. Especially when I don't know what the max number of items I can order are and how much I have left. otherwise I like how easy it is to include vitals and cycler records for my PD therapy.

updated app, however it takes quite awhile for me to get my labs. I left the phone went to grab something came back and still no labs. hopefully tomorrow.

your constant tinkering of the app is making it less useful. my phone is on permanent dark theme. in this latest update the app is in dark mode but the treatment page screen where you enter in your vitals is in regular (or white background/dark text) mode. it wasn't like that before. also when I have issues with the app, I'd rather email a person rather than talk to someone. it would be nice to have that option available.

The overall app is ok-ish but need fixing. The biggest issue is the constantly rejection of the login credentials. (Even if correct & recently changed) The other issue is in relation to the login credentials: the need for a facility to even change the password is ridiculous. I understand the need but it is overall annoying. Everything else is bare minimum working. Also, most of the reviews on this app are bashing without giving actual replies and just crying instead of explaining the issues.

I was forced to update while I was trying to log in for my appointment. After the update, the app claimed I had an unstable internet connection. I ran a speed test to check, and my internet connection is fine. I tried using mobile data, got the same error, so I switched back to my wireless network. Still unstable. Every other app and website works great. Obviously, the problem is with the app, not with my connection. Now I have to reschedule my appointment. Thanks a lot!
