The Cirrus dBActive app supports all Optimus+ sound level meters and connects to the instrument via Bluetooth. The application allows for live data to be viewed, meaning you can leave the instrument in potentially dangerous environments without putting yourself at risk. It also allows for previous measurement data to be viewed, as well as the ability to stop and start measurements from a remote location.The Optimus+ instruments measure all noise parameters simultaneously, including average sound level, maximum sound level, and octave band filters.

Very buggy. Disconnects happen often and it takes ages again to reconnect. Sometimes it turns to bluetooth off on the Optimus itself after a few seconds of recording
