I'm not sure if it's the app or the switches, but this whole platform is awful-nothing works well and the switches die after very little time. Given the price of these things, it's a non-starter. I'll be removing all Deako products from my house, replacing them with superior products that cost a fraction of the price.

Recent update now doesn't confirm whether or not the wifi works unless you add devices. You'd think it should be a simple check, but apparently that's not how they operate. Bluetooth at least works, but now I have outdated lights because the app cannot access the wifi. I have checked my wifi password and it works. The app doesn't like it, apparently, so thanks for not changing my one-star rating.

latest update broke everything. new app doesnt show status of lights/plugs anymore. new app schedules dont work. this app doesnt work correctly. want the old app back. I have been using deako for 2 years and have been very satisfied with the products and the app. but this latest app update doesn't work at all. it did not even remember my credentials nor WiFi settings.

Awful so far. I've been trying to connect to my new smart dimmer for half an hour. Bluetooth was off, must be on to connect. No prompt to tell you this. First and third attempt jumped to 'finishing up' while I was still typing my wifi information. Second attempt timed-out while connecting to wifi (failed, left device unconfigured, had to force close app and try again)

I tested and evaluated a lot of solutions before selecting Deako. They have since proven to be a fantastic smart lighting solution. I just installed my whole home system with a mixture of different switches and over 40 total. The app is so simple to setup. The technical and customer support is fantastic. No need to try out any other solution. Go straight for Deako and never look back. They look cool too, your friends will have instant smart home envy.

Google Assistant always fails to control these unlike any of my other devices. Now the app won't even open. Update: I wish I could give this product negative stars. The lights still have Google Home integration issues and the app is extremely unreliable. I have stellar wifi / internet and my several other smart home providers never have issues. I reached out to Deako support and they have not been helpful. The only reason I have these products are because they came preinstalled in my home. I intend to replace them. DO NOT BUY DEAKO PRODUCTS!

"6" out of 5 stars for customer service and the company backing their product. Deako proactively reached out to me to understand what problems I was hitting with the switches, and they replaced my switches. Google integration works better and faster with the new switches, and the freezing issue went away.

Overpriced switches using Wi-Fi instead if zigbee or z-wave. Who wants to add 20 to 30 wifi switches into their router creating all kinds of issues? Switches to zigbee Deako, get on with the game. The app is very buggy as well. Can not assign the switches to another wifi, it keeps telling me that I am two far away wheel I am standing couple feet form the switch.
