Not awful but issues increasing. Overall it is a fun idle game and time killer. Updates and new additions are frequent. However, once nearing level 1000, level progression slows to a near standstill and the game begins to feel like a grind. I have also been experiencing a high frequency of game freezing the last couple of months, making it difficult to play.

Made a purchase and the game crashed. I was charged but the product I purchased was not given. Support thus far has yet to provide the product or a refund even after showing proof of purchasing. Would recommend staying away as crashes and poor support seem to be common. ***Update*** I still never heard from support but Google refunded the purchase.

Hi! The game isn't bad. It's nice to have in the background while I'm doing class work. BUT! When I made a purchase for VVIP, the game glitches and crashed, and now when I try to claim my rewards, it doesn't work and I'm stuck with just VIP? I'd like some help in trying to fix this issue. Or if that doesn't work, I do want my money back

LOVE this game, but the game seems to suffer from chronic crashes. If the game didn't crash so frequently (usually it happens under two minutes after opening the app) but sometimes (rarely) I'll have periods where there are no crashes. If the game didn't crash I'd be much more willing to spend on it. If I can secure crash reports somewhere and send them in to help this game I'd be happy to do that.

The game is easy to progress putting enough time into it, it's F2P compatible and not necessarily P2W.. The chat option/feature is what boggles me, given that you're limited to text speech and sometimes while trying to type something it doesn't work at all or I can't type anything on my phone. The chat window will appear and it prompts me to type something but doesn't work or after spending around 5-10 minutes in game it'll buffer or freeze or close me out of the game completely. Please fix this

Disappointing customer service. I purchased no ads and did not recieve it so I refunded as the game would crash and wipe progress. After a week I bought no ads again and did receive. Even bought the torch iap later. 2 MONTHS later i get banned for refunding even though I rebought. Lost 3 days of progress and a chunk of the current event. Refused compensation even though it was due to their unstable app. Be careful. Instead of fixing their bugs they will just ban you for "exploiting"

Has great potential, not exactly an idle game since alot of it requires you log in frequently, the offline limit is very low. I bought the one-time Torch upgrade and the game froze. I have the email saying it was purchased but in game it says I haven't. Still waiting for a reply from support. It doesn't save progress as often as it should. I think I've "completed" the tutorial about five times. At one point I managed to get max attributes on the mystical power tab, and it reverted back.
Ghosting
The combination of a very poor auto save and app crashes prevent this from being a decent game. Every player is aware of rollbacks from crashes. Some even exploit rollbacks to take full advantage of the numerous RNG systems to gain an advantage. Unless this problem gets fixed I can't see this game lasting long, but the game still seems to make money so I don't see it ever getting fixed.
