When I want to zoom in the map, so I can see where the pin is and direction to it, after second or two the map zoomes out again on its own, so I need to do it again, and again. I can pull over once to zoom the map but definitely not every few seconds... additional clicks while riding is making the app dangerous.

I have very few complaints about the app. It is responsive and probably the most user friendly compared to uber or justeat. I just hate when I have to call up the team as it can be long while you're out there trying to earn money. Edit: A customer cancelled their order when I got to their address nearly 10miles away. Rider support are only giving me £2 for travelling all that way. Disgraceful and insulting to riders

App stopped working. I can't go online because there is a glitch in check of face recognition. App doesn't allow me to start the check. I tried everything by their FAQ, advices online, e-mailed them they replied with the same faq. You can't talk with anybody, everything is thru AI, nobody will help you.

After installed on the new android version, it doesn't offer navigation with waze. Sometimes it doesn't give audio notifications. Customers addresses inaccurate. Doesn't show earnings from earlier days. Doesn't show delivery distancd when offer comes up. Custormers aren't informed age restricted items wont be delivrred if ID is not showed.

It is even better than before now showing the entire path while delivering and you immediately know where you are going. A few bugs sometimes not showing the correct path to the right address so you have to be careful.

While I enjoy working with Deliveroo, the current state of the app is exhausting and could be greatly improved to support riders better. Addressing mental health, improving surge and peak fees, fixing pin drop issues, and providing better parking and navigation features are critical steps Deliveroo needs to take. The app should help us do our jobs efficiently without unnecessary complications, ensuring that both our earnings and mental well-being are prioritized.

Simply the tip-top best rider app i had ever experienced. Deliveroo rider app are extremely user friendly, clear cut, layout are very neat very beautiful, very easy to understand even for any first time user, especially if compared to the rest of others food rider apps. Customer service agents are very responsive, instantly respond and resolve our issues without need to wait. Ultra high docket fee, reasonable short delivery distance. All Deliveroo customers are good customers, polite, friendly !

UPDATE 1 Aug. 2024. Nothing has chnaged, it got worse. I've started doing it again after months hoping it will improve. SPOILER: It didn't! Looke like Deliveroo has some weird algorithms going on such as. If you start doing it again after some period, you'll get more money then end up in the same loop as everyone else. I've started getting orders for 7€ for 6km of travel. then gradually to 3.77€ which is the minimum. Considering it's before tax, so it's even less...
