Good pen but this app is an embarrassment to Dermapen!! If I could give 0 stars I would. It has cost me time & money because of its stupid updates and not being able to login due to bugs... I've literally had to send clients away and reschedule them. I truely can't believe that such a reputable company like Dermapen would make clinics and themselves look so unprofessional.

WOULD PAY SOMEONE $100 TO CRACK THIS FIRMWARE to bypass the useless updates. Always a hassle to connect the app to the pen to update. Poor design. The new app has fixed nothing.

Doesn't allow me to login. Disgusting that received no warning, have clients tomorrow and now I can't use my Dermapen because the app is faulty.
