Great app, works with little to no delay (over WiFi), and really easy to connect. Sadly however, when connecting to Linux through the DroidCam Client there's no way to flip the video as it shows horizontally by default, which sadly deems the app useless, hence I had to ask for a refund. would be happy to buy it again once this is fixed. I'm not sure how it works on Windows or Mac, my review is solely based on Linux.

I like the app itself. It is quite minimalistic no plethora of functions I won't use anyway, but it has the settings I might want to change and it's easy to use and works reliably. What really sours the experience is that you have to restart your computer for every change in camera resolution. Want to switch from 480p 4:3 to 1080 16:9? Restart your PC... Seems like utter overkill to change a video setting. Though 5€ is a fair price imo, the mandatory restart decreases my rating to a mere "ok"3/5

I bought the pro version with great anticipation. But the app still seems to be in a "beta" state, even if the developers charge you almost 5 € for it. The basic idea is nice but it doesn't work in practice. Can't get a stable connection to my PC. I see the image only a few seconds. I use Windows 10 and a OnePlus 5T btw. And Skype won't even recognize anything. Also, the app lacks some basic functionality, like fixing the focus. For me, it's in autofocus all the time, even if I turn it off.

The problem seems to be that this app is not really working well with the corresponding PC client (7.1.0). It is a mess. And if you use the normal app, then you get the watermark.... So the impression is that this app is pretty much dead in terms of support and the new client is not fully compatible.

it works, but it is permanently stuck in landscape mode, & flipping the camera in the desktop extention doesn't flip it to the proper portrait size or place when you flip it . it's worth the price, but for discord? how irritating.

Simply works using Linux. but misses: 1. Ability to rotate the camera with the phone. 2. Changing between rear and front while connected. 3. Interface to control zoom level / brightness through the computer.

I was using the free trial before, enjoyed it but needed to remove the watermark. Research led me to know purchasing this will give me access to a watermark free app and I have the HD option. Made the purchase but unfortunately the only thing that differentiates this from the free version is the camera quality. The watermark is still there. Is there anyone that can advice me on what to do? @DEV47APPS

Works very well. I wish the resolution could be slightly higher but still pretty good. You can easily and remotely control rotation, focus and zoom through the desktop controls. you can even mirror the video, which is pretty cool. I never have any problems with it. Very glad this app exists.
