DeWalt tools are great, but their apps are a waste of time for an individual like me. I own 50-60, or more, of their cordless and corded power tools and accessories. None of them are Bluetooth capable that I'm aware of, and I don't run a business. I would just like to have an inventory with pictures for insurance purposes. I have a lot of money invested in their products.

Same issue as with Connect. Can't reliably handle Bluetooth (BT) pairing. In my case, it paired once, was added to inventory. Then, on the advice of tech support chat, I uninstalled manager to reinstall connect (which don"t fix connect) & when I re-installed Manage the BT pairing failed and could not be fixed (power cycle, 3 different phones, etc). The good news is the have a partially working piece of BT code, but it isn't reliable for Connect. Also, why not include connect features in manage?

Love this app for keeping a list of my ever growing Dewalt tool collection in place and for project management creation, however with the recent update all the pictures of my Dewalt tools are gone. Please do fix this. I like seeing the little icon pictures of my tools. Fix and it will be 5 easy stars.

Software is okay, the problem is that it only includes 30 tools. To add one more tools costs over $2,400 per year. I get that they need to charge money for bigger accounts, but like $10-20 a month is reasonable, $200 per month is not reasonable to track 31 tools.

Downloaded the app was excited but then went through a loop of internet and app trying to create an account. Finally get that done and it keeps glitching. Closed all my apps restarted phone still same problem. Really wanted this to work

Love it so far. Had some issue adding users but had a very quick response from support and was able to get everything working as should. I have not tried the bluetooth.

Installed site mgr, when I bring it up in Google play, it says Installed but there's no Open button. Does not show up in apps or settings, apps. Rebooted, still not there. Also no option to register products in Tool Control.

Can't even create an account it's a dead loop. From the app "Create new account" links to the website then website tells you download the app back to the app same loop. QR code says tool not found on all of my brand new tools. Waste of time. Uninstalling.
