I use Dial 7 everytime I travel to NY. Drivers are courteous and professional. Cars are always clean and they are always on time. I will never use another car service.

The interface is really challenged to connect. You frequently receive an error "Cannot connect to server", so you need cancel and restart the app.

I'm trying to edit my rides and add a payment method but it's not working. I just downloaded the app yesterday.

I am trying to create two future rides but the app can't process it for some reason and then get stuck on asking me whether I want to create a new ride and when you select No the app goes in a loop.

Love the car service, but the app is terrible. Buggy, erratic finding destinations, clunky UI.

Scammers. They over price rides by 80%+ If a ride generally cost like $25 they are charging $78. Uber and lyft don't even do that and they always over pricing.
