In-person services experience was great therefore we decided to use their app and considered the option to subscribe to their digital services. After contacting them twice more than 4 working days later I am still to receive a response in regards to my inquiry. I find this disappointing and I am sad to say that the digital services are a long way from meeting expectations. This would had been a great option for me and my family in the current pandemic climate but I will give it a pass

Have been waiting 15 days for a scan result to go on the portal. Have phoned 3 times and emailed, only to be sent a form wanting identity details from me as they are going to email the results. No idea why. Well I dont want results emailed I want to see it on the Portal so it is with the rest of my medical history. Have been using app for many years with no problems until now, this version is slower as well. I thought the benefit of this app was to have easy access to everything.

Imposible to change a password when you forget it. The temporary password was sent only once, then when I changed the password nothing happened: the same screen, all elements were inactive, tha password wasn't changed. I repeted these steps a couple of time, but I can't receive even a code (temporary password)! No any error messages, nothing. I'm just on the "Remember password" screen, 'Continue' button is inactive. Unbelievable!

The app has stopped working on my Samsung tablet, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but it still doesn't work. It works OK on my phone.

You need a phone number for Inglés, one that someone answers!!!!! Anyone in the technology field around the world is all in INGLÉS, such as Hewlett-Packard. We need help too. The app is ok but CITAS change WITHOUT warning. I've had up to 3 to 4 citas that started in morning and went throughout the day with hours between, so I have to change the date & times.... I add to my calendar and when you remove a cita it deletes from my personal calendar 🗓️ again without notification. INGLÉS PLEASE

Just booked my 1st (telephone) appointment and it couldn't have been any easier. I'm also impressed by the amount of information (about me, after all!) to which I now have access. Australia (my home country) would do well to look at something similar - too many medical professionals there still treat a patient's records as Confidential even from the patient!? 😜

Nice interface, but for me it was useless. I've registered just to check the results for a test i went through this morning and were supposed to be ready within an hour and after more than 5 calls and many messages through the app and directly through email no one was able to help me or uplodad the results. They condirmed this morning the results were ready, but since they're not online or anyone could help I'll have to pick them up tomorrow.
