DJ Planning Center is a service that allows DJs to offer their clients a modern way to plan their events. This includes an online portal and a state-of-the art mobile app that clients can can use to build playlists, create timelines, and fill out questionnaires. The same mobile app can be used by the DJ to manage their events and see all of the information their clients are submitting in real time.


CLIENT FEATURES

Event Details
- View a countdown to your event
- Upload a custom event photo

Music
- Build playlists to let your DJ know what music is important to you (must play, play if possible, do not play, etc.)
- Search music on your favorite platform: Spotify or Apple Music
- Already built your playlist in Spotify? Easy. Simply copy the link and import it.
- Browse popular songs to give you ideas on how to pack the dance floor
- Choose specific songs for your special events. The app will also give you recommendations based on what other people are selecting for their events.
- Add optional notes to each song to let your DJ know why you chose it, when to fade it out, or anything else you would like to communicate

Timeline
- Choose from a list of popular timeline events based on your event type
- Add notes to each event to provide details
- Easily drag and drop items to reorder them. The start time for each event will update automatically.
- See your song selections for each special event populate automatically based on the songs you selected in the music section

Questionnaires
- Answer a set of questions that are defined by your DJ so they can adequate prepare for your event

Collaboration
- Collaborate with your significant other or another event host to plan your event. Each of you will have your own unique login so that you don’t have to share your credentials.

Sharing
- Share a link to your playlists, timelines, and questionnaires with friends, family, or wedding planners to make sure everyone is on the same page. They will be able to view read-only versions of this information in a web browser.
