Actively managing time windows in which the DKV CARD can be used?
The activation mode "on demand" offers the possibility to activate cards only for the period in which they are used for a transaction. During the rest of the time, the card is inactive, and transactions will be declined. Simply start the 60-minute time window during which fuel can be purchased. After the time has expired, the card is automatically deactivated again.
What other benefits does the DKV Mobility App offer?
If you need immediate assistance, for example in the event of a breakdown or the loss of your card, the app offers direct dialling to connect you to the helpline.

This was once a great app. Fuel stations could be viewed on a map, or listed by distance, and price within a set radius. Since an update several months ago, this app has crashed immediately upon startup, and now cannot be opened. I've tried on countless phones, tablets, and laptops, all with no luck. Now I'm just left with having to use the DKV website.

It got better towards 8.5.5. Just saw the new version 9.0.5, fortunately not on my device. That's the worst worsening of an already questionable app. The dark mode makes the map unreadable in bright light. And the charging stations now lack a green/red free/occupied indicator. As a user I now first need to tap the station to see its status. Trying to avoid the update as long as possible!

What's happening with the app. It's worse after update, even before wasn't great :) but now it's useless. Map consume so much data and for drivers it's a nightmare to search each gas station based on map. The list it's now dead, it refresh every 0,5 second and I can see nothing. Is this a joke ? Here we talk about clients and money !

Just cannot get it to work. After I successfully log in it simply refuses to show the card, which also means I cannot use the app to start charging. My card works fine without the app Tried uninstalling and installing, changing my password, but just doesn't work.

I have DKV card from my company. Used the app many times during business trips to find DKV gas station. In the past I could see map with gas stations and prices, choose one and start navigation to it. Now it stop working and demands login in for every little bit. After reinstalling the app, I can see some DKV tank stations but no prices. No emails coming if try to recall password or register. I am sure my company pays for the service good money! Veeery disappointing.

Countless mistakes and false informations. Fuel stations doesn't exist, no dkv card accepted . The app is slow ,stopping without reason, causing problems for truck drivers and cost money and time again and again. Not recommended application!

Map stopped working since some weeks, no longer useful to find appropriate charging options in my area or along the route. As soon as I click in map or on charging, app crashes

It's a waste of time !! When using the app, the Map only shows half of the filling stations available, for example, it mostly only shows Esso filling stations, even though i regularly fill up my van using my DKV card at Tesco, Morrisons and Co-op fuel stations.
