1 star for now, because on your app to make payment isn't easy, I just want to try it how the payment it we be, I make payment of 1k up till now, the money I pay never reflects on app and am new customer. old customers always complain about payment too, I don't think to continue with this issue of payment, may be I will return it back to your agent. I don't need it any more. I can't take stress kill my self.

this app is useless if I can't make payments as before, why would you punish customers to this extend,.what if am at place there's no WiFi and I happen not to have bundles, it was a blunder to purchase from you guys , this is so disgusting, make it convenient for customers to enjoy your services, you need to look into this!!!! nktt, it's a useless app with so many inconveniences

This app is so frustrating, since the day I updated the app I haven't been able to make payment through the app, when I press "make payment" several payment methods are suppose to pop up but they aren't coming up and it is so annoying.

Know Your rights

I made 1800 payment on paga app to my account (.........)I didnt receive it on my app since then have been waiting I even sent an email to paga which they confirmed the transaction successful...I'm a new customer why is this happening???......................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................

It shuts itself down before you are able to do whatever you want to do. it will be highly appreciated if you can fix this bug. Otherwise it's an exceptionally good apps that deserves a five star rating.

You've become very useless and unreliable ever since the app was updated,you can no longer pay through the app as it used to be before neither can you redeem your points for token,who's your IT guy? very bogus product.

Very useless app. It neither loads nor open. Nothing available to see. Customer service that is very arrogant and don't help with anything. Very disappointing.

I updated the app,now the payment options are gone ,I can't pay my phone is due and they will still lock my phone even customer support number cannot be reached not responding to emails.
