Not even a star worth this app. I will not recommend this matrimony app to anyone.Waste of money and time.No new profiles after giving money. My 3 months experience is worst. I can't find any suitable match for my daughter through this app. Also so many profiles are there who are not even having any degree or medical qualifications. Received 2 requests from non medical individuals with MBA with DOC ID from doctors matrimony.Multiple profiles for a single person with different photo & birth stars

I had created a profile for my daughter yesterday. After giving in so much efforts to enter the right data the profiles don't show the correct percentage of matching or sometimes don'teven show the right ones. Couldn't find a few columns that are usually there to be filled. Also today the app doesn't even allow me to login using the registered user ID sent by you. Not able to use the registered email ID or phone number too for the same cause. Please fix this asap.

The app itself is sending decline message to the profiles in which we are interested. It's too bad and also there is no way to rectify. It's very sensitive.

We tried to opt for upgradation by paying the amount directly through bank.. but neither it's getting upgraded nor the customer care executive people are sorting the issues.. we are supposed to receive ticket number, and we are receiving some zeros inspite of number..inspite of telling repeatedly they are not correcting the technical issue from their side... Worst experience from the app

One of the worst app. Very bad experience I creat my account after that logout itself. when I entered all my correct information but it was invalid and I am not able to connect with any helpline number or customer service. Such a bad experienced.. fraud application is this . Entered all information..which may be dangerous.. won't trust on such frauds...there no link to resolved problem of costumer. Worst application ever.

Edited: I have already emailed. You'll did not rectify or respond. So i stand by - Don't download, definitely don't pay. I literally couldn't log into the app almost immediately after i made the account. Haven't been able to log in every since. So i deleted it. P.s. doens't let u change the password either and no one from customer service responds to email.

Very bad customer service. Multiple duplicate profiles and many didn't have a valid contact number. You will receive a hundred calls and service support for payment initiation. But after payment, it's hard to find customer support and a valid profile. Worthless in all aspects.

The inbox is clunky, responding to messages are tedious, no control over properly responding, inbox notifications are not useful and do not prioritise properly. Horrendous chat feature, the chat request doesn't even deliver to the user, and doesn't notify the user at all if not sent at the moment a person logs in. These issues are present on both website and app
