A horrible glitchy app considering the license costs £1800 for 3 users annually. Docuware, please sort this out. It's constantly crashing and occasionally fails to take uploads from paper scan until you delete and reinstall.

Can't connect on Sansung S20 due to Chrome disabled. I use Firefox and Brave browsers only.

I approve invoices once a week, normally on my office computer. At times I must use the mobile app (traveling). I find it useless to spotty. Many times (TODAY) the app opens however none of the documents appear. The LISTS read ZERO. But when I check on my desktop CPU the documents needing approval are there. This app has one job--be available to me when I need to use it. It fails too often.

Quite a poor experience. Doesn't even have a Option to upload from local storage. If I try it it says that it doesn't have privileges to the local storage but they don't exist in the settings for it. Or i have to go through a third party app witch can do a upload.

Crashes constantly hardly ever works. Samsung galaxy s24 ultra. Latest firmware app updated. Reset uninstalled it's just rubbish. No I don't have time to contact support hence why I'm leaving a very quick review here so don't copy paste your usual response.

Extremely limited utility. The app seems to be limited to allowing you to view cloud based documents. It doesn't seem to provide any functionality for editing or emailing documents. Comments based on Android 9 OS.

This app keeps crashing with the error message "Unfortunately, DocuWare has stopped. The only thing I can do is uninstall the app and then re-install it but it only works one time.
