A glitch in the first scene of the game, where you have to select symbols hidden on a portrait, prevents you from being able to progress. From the reviews, it's clearly an issue that many have experienced, but nothing has been done to fix it. There are complaints from 2021 about this and the developers have replied they are aware and an update is coming, but the glitch still exist. I will not be contacting support, because others already have and got no reply. I'm very disappointed in this.

Thank you! You guys are amazing! Just a heads up though to anyone just beginning, there is a picture in the first scene that you have to use a lens on. You are going to get a little frustrated but, don't let that little glitch stop you from playing. I guess it's easier on the PC version, I had to watch a walk through to get through it. And even with that I still barely got it. And I'm a veteran player of these types of games. Again, thank you Domini, you guys make such beautiful games!

Beautiful game full of beautiful holiday graphics! Some puzzles are a bit challenging but doable. One I found exceptionally hard but visiting their FB page garnered the help that I needed. Most definitely worth installing if you enjoy Christmas themed games and a bit of a challenge. 4 stars instead of 5 for the inability to get FREE gems. If one needs more gems for skipping puzzles, etc. they must be Purchased which I don't think is fair in a FTP game. Otherwise, Fantastic Game!

This game looks AMAZING....BUT I can't get anywhere. The magnifying glass puzzle above the fireplace, at the very beginning, is jacked up. The touch mechanics of the game are WAY off. The game thinks my touch goes outside the playable window when trying to select the fifth symbol. Therefore, it will not move the magnifying glass to where it needs to go.

Ok guys on the scarecrow puzzle, there is a way to solve it. It's just a bunch of tedious twist and turns. Be careful because if you hit those buttons wrong you'll have to restart, which I did several times. Don't think you can use the walk through because everyone's puzzle isn't the same. It is solvable so I had to edit my initial review. My apologies to the developer.

Edit: The game keeps crashing upon opening. It started with the recent update. It was working fine before that.

Same as previous reviews, bug right at the start. Unable to do the "Big Picture" find. I could find the symbols but the game didn't register it, even found multiple walkthroughs thinking there may be a certain pattern to follow but no. I'm sure it's a great game as I loved the others but was unable to play it
