Works well for collecting rent however we found it cumbersome and not user friendly at all. We had 3 different staff members use the app and dashboard online, but myself and the 3 staff members had trouble with navigation on the dashboard. After each data entry, save, then you are sent back to the beginning to navigate the side menu to continue to enter the same tenants info. Lots of repetitive actions. Gave 3 stars because the support staff were very helpful and did their best to get us going.

App feels like it's still in beta testing. A lot of key functions either don't work or are missing completely. Support doesn't seem to have solutions and technical issues are met with a "we've been having this issue for a while, we're working on it" as weeks go by with no resolution. Overall I feel their marketing over promised and the product falls short by a large margin compared to competitors products. The pricing is very competitive which made this product appealing but not worth renewing.

After installing and uninstalling this app twice, trying to log into the actual website from a browser, and resetting my password, I still have not been able to log into this app at all. Not from the email I received from them, not from looking this website up via search engine, nor their own website login page, could I get past the login screen as it kept refreshing and then asking me again from the login information. I am beyond frustrated, annoyed, and angered.

Horrible. This app charges to pay your rent. It claims to make things easier. It doesn't. It takes much more time and energy than just paying your rent or reporting issues. It's a vapid waste of money and time.

The system is good customer service is good. Love everything except the Android app. I cant seem to upload any of my pictures or files on Android. It won't attach. It used to work fine on PC and iOS but I tried 3 androids and still not working. Might cancel for this reason as I'm mainly an android user.

Customer service is sparse, follow up calls, rude. Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. No cohesive cooperation. When sending out an eCheck payment, no confirmation email or confirmation within the app wallet. Recipients still waiting for payment. Money's still sitting in checking account.

ONLY 105 REVIEWS! That should make you walk away in and of itself. This app feels like it was programmed by kindergarten children. I am amazed that my real estate company uses it. Customer service is a set of questions that don't begin to solve any problems in reality and they close at 5 o'clock when working people can actually try to deal with issues that can't be done at during working hours! I would not recommend to anyone.
