This reset season has been very disappointing. 1) Frequent network timeout despite having good connection. Support staff was friendly and responsive, but the advice and methods did not resolve the issue. 2) Too dependent on hard cash. 3) Players' performance varies daily, I guess it's all part of the psychology factor to make users think that they need to upgrade their team, hence spending coins/cash.

EA Sports. In the past few days, I have been experiencing problems with my server connection. As such, at times there are endless loading periods which result in me having to rebbot the game. Also, when I do certain live events, I am unable to connect to the server after completing it and before starting it, which results in stamina loss and reward loss. I hope you understand this and fix this problem. Thank you.

I have a new problem, the loading screen. It TAKES about a minute for the game to fully load, and it's a time waster, lacks of events, and there is even no practice game or custom matches like 1v1s,etc. And mostly, the auction isn't really working that fine either, when i tried to sell something, it can't, when i tried to search for something, IT CAN'T. There's still bugs in this game that needs to be fixed too, but i think there's more improvements in this game that can be added.

I would like to report something that could possibly be an issue within the app. This app is the best, I love this game and the sport in real life. But the issue I have is the fact that the live events are stuck on the training campaign because there are two phases of it within the training campaign that says "complete the previous mission to continue" But the ones before it are fully completed, but it still says that. So no matter what, training is stuck, and I access live events. Please fix🙏

Is it just me? Ever since I hit level 3, the Season has never fully loaded. I swapped a few team members out and then it stopped loading. It hasn't worked since. It stops at "Warming Up..." And I hear the crowd, so the game is going, but the loading UI never leaves the screen. I loved the game before it started doing this, but now I can't remember last time I actually had an enjoyable time with it.

Good game, but plenty of room for improvement. If you green a shot, particularly wide open, it should go in every time. Like NBA 2k. Slightly early/late 60/40 chance, early and late 40/60 chance, and maybe very early/late 20/80 chance. It's so frustrating. Also a suggestion, maybe give an option to have 5 minute quarters for people who want slightly longer games and higher scores (like me). Overall though, probably the best mobile basketball game out there in my opinion.

I hope you guys at EA aren't giving up on this game the same way you gave up on the console version of Live years ago. I could've sworn there was supposed to be an update for "season 9," yet every time I'm back in, the game seems as bare bones as if there's no update. Can't even collect the daily rewards anymore as those remain locked! This needs fixing & soon.

Cool game, great graphic, but the fact that there is no replay is the only conplain. But still great game. I would really appreciate to rate it 5 star only if it has replay, plus I think they should be add switch on the defense, you you can change the person you want to guard instead of just guarding and you center might end up coming up top
